(More customer reviews)The setup here is a little puzzling.There's gap of 2-3 inches between the center of the bowl and the spinner.As a result, the floss tends to clog in the center.I can get about 1 or 2 servings out before it clogs and then the machine has to be shut down, cleared, and restarted.It may very well be that I'm not using it properly.But the instructions it came with are sparse at best (the instructions on the front of the machine itself are more extensive than the instruction booklet) and I just can't figure it out.When it's working, it's excellent, but the setup itself isn't very user-friendly for a novice user.
