(More customer reviews)You definitely get what you pay for. This was one of the less expensive commercial grade popcorn machines that's why I purchased it. But it is flimsy and poorly constructed. The light didn't work, one of the base brackets were dismantled and the doors don't shut and are off set. It came with very little instructions; a 1 page pamphlet. If I had to do it over again I probably would have invested more in a better popcorn maker.
